📐 How to measure
Bust: Wrap tape around your back, under your armpits, at the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: Find the narrowest part of your torso — usually around your navel.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks, about 18–20 cm below your waist.
Shoulder width: From the outer edge of one shoulder bone to the other, across the back.
Arm length: Start at the shoulder bone, measure down the arm to your wrist with a slight elbow bend.
Torso length: From the base of your neck (where a collar sits) to your hip bone at the back.
Tip: Ask someone to help with back measurements. Wear thin clothing or measure over undergarments for best accuracy.
